DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING POLICY

  • For the pearl jewelries, productions normally need to take 3-4 weeks upon receipt of the order confirmation and deposit payment.
     

  • Delivery charges will be billed to the invoice once the weight of parcel is obtained. Or you can use your own carrier company with your carrier account number for shipment arrange.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If the delivered product is different from your order, or if it is defective, we will replace it. Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days after receiving the product and returning it. Customers can decide to return the piece to our showroom or send the parcel to us, we will bear the return shipping fee, so please use cash on delivery. 

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged. 

・ Products that have been used once

・ Products that have been used once scratched or soiled at the customer's responsibility

・Products that have been received for more than 8 days without any special circumstances
 ・ Products that have been engraved (even before receipt)
 ・ Products made by ordering

If the ring size does not match, we accept size exchange within one month of purchase (engraving, ordering, etc.) as long as it is unused. , Excluding some products).
In addition, in the case of the used ring, we accept resize for free for one month from the purchase and for a fee after one month.
(It may not be possible to resize depending on the design and material of the product.)
