DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Time

  • How quickly you receive your order depends on whether the item is in stock.

  • In-Stock Items: We can arrange for your shipment within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Items Requiring Production: If your item is not currently in stock, it will need to be specially crafted. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks from the time we receive your order confirmation and payment.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Costs: The final shipping charge will be calculated and added to your invoice once your packaged order has been weighed.

  • Using Your Own Carrier: If you have a preferred carrier company, you may use them for your shipment. Simply provide us with your carrier account number, and we will arrange the delivery for you.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your precious jewellery. Here’s everything you need to know about our process.

  • How will my package be shipped?

    Your package can be shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or EMS. The exact delivery charge will be added to your invoice once your order is weighed and packaged for shipment. Alternatively, if you have a preferred courier, you can provide us with your courier account number, and we will arrange the shipment for you.

  • How do I know my item has been shipped?

    As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

Returns

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the beauty of our jewelry.

  • May I return a product if I am not satisfied?

    If there are any manufacturing faults with your item, we are happy to offer complimentary repair services for up to three months after you receive your order.

    Please note:

    • If the repair process is complex, an additional fee may be applied.

    • All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
       

Important: Please be sure to inspect your jewellery carefully upon arrival. If you notice any issues, contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a repair.
