For items currently in stock, we will arrange your shipment within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. If an item is not in stock and requires production, the process typically takes 3-4 weeks from the date we receive your order confirmation and payment.

Your package will be shipped via a trusted carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or EMS. The final shipping charge will be added to your invoice once your order's weight is determined. If you prefer to use your own carrier, please provide us with your account number, and we will arrange the shipment for you. As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery status.

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If your item has any manufacturing faults, we are pleased to offer a complimentary repair service for up to three months after you receive your goods. Please note that additional charges may apply for complex repairs. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
